When will my order ship?
All items are made to order and typically ship within 4-6 weeks from the order date. Once your order is complete, we will provide a tracking number via email.
How do your orders ship?
Orders over $300 ship for free via UPS 2 Day within the continental U.S. Orders under $300 ship via UPS 2 Day within the continental U.S.
Please note, an adult signature is required upon delivery of all items.
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
–We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of order delivery date.
—A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
—Sale items are non-returnable.
—To be eligible for return or exchange, items must arrive unworn, in original condition, with receipt. Refunds (less shipping + restocking fees) will be issued to original form of payment. Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs on returns and exchanges. CODs will not be accepted.

Is your jewelry customizable?
Yes! All of our pieces are made to order, and therefor entirely customizable. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for requests, quotes, etc.
How do I check my order status?
Please note, each piece is made to order and can take up to 5 weeks to ship. If you'd like to check on the status of an order, please email email@example.com for updates. After an order has shipped, you can check on the shipping status with your tracking number (sent via email).
Can rings be resized?
Some ring styles can be re-sized, depending on the style. Our team is happy to help if you have questions around which styles can and cannot be resized.

Can custom or engraved orders be returned?
Custom and engraved orders are non-returnable for refund or exchange.
