Terms & Conditions
- All of our items are made to order with a 4-6 week delivery window. You will be notified via email with updated information and tracking number when your order is ready to ship.
- If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us before submitting payment to inquire about the availability of expedited items.
- Free 2 day shipping via UPS within the continental United States on orders over $300.
- Standard 2 day shipping rates will apply on all other orders and destinations.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Adult signature required upon delivery of all items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns.
- Items will be accepted for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery to customer.
- No refunds or exchanges accepted after 7 day period.
- Sale items are NOT returnable.
- Items for return or exchange must arrive unworn, in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. If the aforementioned conditions are met, a full refund (minus any shipping and re-stocking charges) will be issued to original form of payment and customer will be notified by email confirmation.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs on returns and exchanges. CODs will not be accepted.
- Please visit our contact page for any return or exchange inquiries and for issuance of a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Do not ship any items without Return Authorization number.
- Once your item is received and evaluated, we will contact you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Coco & Om is not responsible for natural wear and tear or accidental damage to jewelry.
- Should your item need repair we will be happy to provide an evaluation by our production team and determine repair costs to you. Please visit our contact page for any repair inquiries.
- A note on clothing care: As with all jewelry, Coco & Om reminds you to be careful when putting on or taking off your fine laces and knits.
